With over 18 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork and wellness, my journey began in Jamaica where I built and operated my own spa while developing a hands-on, results-driven approach to client care. Working with a diverse clientele allowed me to refine techniques that blended relaxation, rehabilitation principles, movement, and individualized treatment. After relocating to the United States, I expanded my professional path by becoming a licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida. Today, I provide both mobile and in-studio services across South Florida, combining years of practical experience with continued education and modern bodywork approaches. My work goes beyond traditional massage. I specialize in deep tissue therapy, assisted stretching, mobility-focused treatment, and therapeutic recovery techniques designed to help clients move better, reduce tension, and feel more connected to their bodies. My approach is informed by a strong interest in biomechanics and functional movement, allowing me to tailor sessions based on each client’s goals—whether recovery, performance, pain management, or general wellness. Education and growth remain central to my practice.
